  • Our strategic plan aims to move PACHIN from being the local market leader into a major regional player in MENA & COMESA area.
  • Strategy objectives include 55% volume increase (to reach 120,000 tons) & 60% value increase (to reach L.E. 1.5 billions, based on the base year 2013 prices).
  • Although PACHIN has an interest in all market segments, prices’ variety, leading the local market and enhancing its market share; we set a focus strategy for the fastest-growing segments like premium decorative paints, Ink Jet, heavy duty & marine paints and wood varnishes.
  • As well as focusing on specific markets like the Libyan market, mega projects and the projects sponsored by the government like development of railway, auto industry and Suez Canal.
  • In addition, PACHIN aims to lead the market towards ahead of trend products like eco-friendly paints, zero VOC paints and anti carbonation paints.
  • Achieving L.E. 848 m of EBIT over the five years (2013-2018).
  • Achieving net profit of L.E. 704 m over the five years (2013-2018).
  • Achieving high rates of return on equity “ROE”.
  • Achieving return on investment “ROI” not less than 15 %.
  • Achieving 100 % of capacity utilization in all our product lines.
